Tern Xin Chun (Cara)

Cara graduated with LLB (Hons) from Cardiff University in 2020. She later obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice and commenced her pupillage at Messrs Izad Kazran & Co. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2023.

She has experience handling disputes involving developers under the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966. As a responsive legal associate in Kuala Lumpur, she has also represented local and international clients in civil and commercial disputes, including contract, debt recoveries and probate matters.
