- Successfully acted for the Plaintiff in Mobile One Stop Supply Sdn Bhd v Au Yee Chen & Ors [2025] MLJU 1202, a full trial involving breach of fiduciary duty by former employees and misappropriation of company resources. The Court ruled in favour of the Plaintiff and dismissed the counterclaim for unlawful dismissal.
- Successfully resisted a striking-out application in Mobile One Stop Supply Sdn Bhd v Au Yee Chen & Ors (No. 2) [2025] MLJU 1459, where the High Court affirmed the Plaintiff’s cause of action based on breach of fiduciary duties and allowed the matter to proceed to trial.
- Regularly acts in employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal claims and injunctive relief against dissipation of company property.
- Successfully defended for the Defendant against a conspiracy claim in Lee Lay Nee v Loh Mei Chin & Ors [2024] MLJU 2353 following a full trial.
- Acted for homebuyers to recover Liquidated Ascertained Damages (LAD).
- Represented minority shareholders in oppression and derivative actions involving mismanagement and diversion of company funds.
