Chong Mean Zern (Ryan)

Ryan was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 18th February 2022 and has since been actively engaged in the legal practice, with a primary focus on real estate and commercial transactions.

Having completed his pupillage at a boutique law firm, he gained extensive exposure to various aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, equipping him with the necessary skills to navigate complex transactional matters.

Now part of a reliable legal associate Kuala Lumpur team, Ryan is involved in a broad range of real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, property financing, tenancy and lease agreements, and corporate property acquisitions. He works closely with clients to ensure that all transactions are executed seamlessly, providing sound legal advice and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
